What is Grief Therapy?

Grief Therapy is designed to help people cope with loss.  

Even though, no one can take away the pain of your loss, therapy gives you a safe place to talk about what you're feeling with the hope to get back to feeling full and functional.

Until we grieve effectively, we are likely to find re-investing difficult; a part of us remains tied to the past. All of us will experience this at some point and we will all handle it differently. A grief counselor helps you discover ways to ease the grieving process.
